Located on a popular Traverse City golf course, this home really packs a punch. A mix of vertical and horizontal siding offers visual interest, with a front entrance gable and stone wrap-around columns. The black garage door brings the whole build together-a perfect balance of light and dark.

Located in the charming Long Lake area, this quaint farmhouse went from a tired exterior to something out of a home magazine. The choice to use a board-and-batten style (vertical siding) was the right one for maintaining the home's vintage charm.
